Generally used for straight or in line tensioning in conjunction with wire rope and or chain assemblies when heavy duty straining and lifting applications are required. Manufactured from Grade P high tensile material quenched and tempered hot dipped galvanised finish suitable for outdoor use available in imperial sizing and jaw end fittings with lock nuts.


  • Meets the design requirements of FF-T-791 Class 7.
  • Designed for straight or in-line tensioning with wire rope or chain assemblies in heavy-duty applications.
  • Manufactured from quenched and tempered Grade P high tensile steel with a hot dip galvanised finish for corrosion resistance.
  • Complies with AS2319. Proof tested to 2 x WLL, with a minimum break force of 6 x WLL.
  • Supplied in metric sizes with jaw end fittings and lock nuts.
  • Individually proof tested for quality assurance.
  • The actual sizes of thread are whitworth.
