Our NATA & LEEA Accredited Testing Labs are fully stocked and ready to go. We inspect, repair and test lifting, rigging and height safety equipment, with facilities for assets up to 100 tonnes. Heavy Investment in Software

Stenhouse are the only provider in our sector to design and build a proprietary reporting, asset management and client Interface software system. Developed in 2011, Radify goes beyond managing asset service history and scheduled dates, to deliver instant reporting and live updates during inspections with convenient desktop, tablet, or phone-based app access. The system supports our clients to always maintain visibility and control of their assets’ safety performance from corporate locations.

Large Team

We currently maintain thirteen fully-qualified Service Technicians, with a combined expertise equating to 270 years of Lifting. Our company is unique in that every leader (and almost every employee) has experience in the technical areas as a fully-trained Service Technician, and maintains currency through ongoing training (with our dedicated Onsite Service Technicians) and service delivery, in addition to maintaining their office position.

Skilled Team

Stenhouse has a comprehensive training program for all Service Technicians, comprising of inhouse training, industry standard training of LEEA, and accredited training provided by Registered Training Organisations (RTO). Our Service Technicians maintain competence, and have extensive experience in the lifting and height safety industry.

Ability to travel

Stenhouse also has increased capability with the mobile testing vehicles, which gives our Service Technicians the ability to conduct urgent or remote repairs and testing, decreasing the down time of equipment. Stenhouse’s service region is from Gladstone to Grafton – we’re locals, we understand the environment. We understand the various processes for site access, inductions and conduct. We’ve proven ourselves capable in managing the nature and varying complexity of work, including successfully delivering services across some of our Client’s most isolated sites.

Mobile Testing

Stenhouse mobile testing and service vehicles also carry a range of products appropriate for the assets under review to allow for rapid repairs to mitigate lost productivity. With our mobile testing vehicles always well stocked with the necessary parts and equipment for mobile operation, our team are equipped to carry out onsite repairs and testing to decrease down time for the client in their remote locations.
