Onsite Service Technician – Eagle Farm, Brisbane QLD

At Stenhouse Lifting, you’ll be working on a wide range of lifting and safety equipment, ensuring it’s maintained, repaired, and compliant to the highest standards. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in doing the job right, and values safety as much as performance – this could be your next big move.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Attending client sites and inspecting and testing lifting and height safety gear
  • Manufacturing chain and wire rope slings
  • Operating lifting and handling equipment (some manual lifting required)
  • Completing job data entry and inspection reports using tablets or computers
  • Operating machinery such as overhead cranes and forklifts
  • Participating in ongoing training and industry certifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a physical, hands-on role in a heavy industry setting (experience in lifting/rigging/height safety will be highly regarded)
  • Mechanically minded
  • Comfortable using tablets and technology-based systems for job management
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Committed to workplace safety
  • Able to learn and apply knowledge practically
  • Willing to travel overnight for work if required
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Physically fit for work in a physical role and capable of regularly lifting up to 20kg
  • The right to work permanently in Australia
