Inspect all the components of the Eyebolts & Eye Nuts thoroughly
Mandatory Markings
Is the mandatory markings legible, correct and fit for continued service?
Load Bearing Eye
Is the load bearing eye fit for continued service?
Threaded Shank
Is the threaded shank fit for continued service?
What to look for
Bent, Corroded, Cracked, Cut, Deformed, Distorted, Gouged, Heat Damage, Nicked, Squashed, Twisted, Unreadable, Worn.
NOTE: Pay particular attention to the load points for signs of wearing
