You’ll be stepping into a key leadership role where your operational expertise, commercial acumen and people-first mindset will shape the next phase of our growth. Your Role Will Include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch – ensuring smooth operations across service, parts, workshop, and rental fleet
  • Leading and mentoring a close-knit team – building capability, culture, and a shared commitment to success
  • Developing and executing strategic service models to drive growth and client satisfaction
  • Building strong relationships with customers and securing long-term partnerships
  • Managing budgets, analysing P&Ls and ensuring financial targets are met
  • Collaborating across departments to align goals and enhance operational performance

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience leading branch or operational functions in the lifting, capital equipment, automotive or industrial sectors
  • Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire, engage and grow your team
  • Solid background in workshop and service operations
  • Sound commercial understanding – budgeting, cost control and financial performance
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-first attitude
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and a drive to exceed targets
